Sovereign AI platform for highly regulated sectors
An AI infrastructure under the physical control of the commissioning organization. We protect both sensitive data and source code — equally valuable industrial assets — from exposure to third-party infrastructure.
Organizations in heavily regulated sectors cannot process data on third-party cloud infrastructure. The GDPR prohibits the transfer of certain categories of information to uncontrolled infrastructure. The US CLOUD Act allows federal authorities to request access to data held by operators subject to its jurisdiction, even when the data physically resides in Europe. Like sensitive data, the client's source code is industrial property that must be protected.
Technical traits
Closed physical perimeter belonging to the client. On-premise inference engine with language models, AST-chunking semantic index, low-compute on-prem fine-tuning cycle, on-prem contextual RAG retrieval. Zero data in transit to the outside. CLOUD Act not applicable.
Model selection and validation
Language models chosen from those distributable on owned infrastructure, with licences compatible with institutional use. Selection based on domain fitness, evaluated before deployment.
On-premise inference engine
A specialized engine that optimizes the client's hardware resources, with or without dedicated acceleration. Parameterized configuration to balance output speed and quality.
Semantic retrieval over internal assets
A system built on the client's document and source-code assets. Chunking operates at the syntax-tree level, preserving the semantic coherence of functions, classes, and modules.
The platform enables commissioning organizations to adopt artificial intelligence in development and document management workflows while maintaining verifiable regulatory compliance and a sovereignty over data and source code that no cloud solution can structurally guarantee.
