Data Collected

When you contact us through the website form, we collect: name, company name, email address, and message content. We do not collect data beyond what you voluntarily provide.

Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Anonymous Web Analytics

We collect anonymous usage statistics to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve it. This data is processed entirely on our own infrastructure — no third-party analytics services are used.

The visitor identifier is a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, browser user-agent, and a daily-rotating salt. The hash rotates every 24 hours, making cross-day tracking technically impossible. Your IP address is never stored — only a coarse country and (optionally) city derived at request time.

We collect: pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, browser and operating system, device type, screen and viewport size, language, timezone, anonymous referrer host, and explicit interactions (clicks on calls-to-action, outbound links, form submissions). We do NOT collect: IP addresses, names, email addresses, mouse movements, keystrokes, or any cross-site identifiers.

Because no personal data is stored, this processing falls outside the consent requirement of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and is conducted under our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No cookie banner is shown because no tracking cookies are used.

Visitors who set the DNT (Do Not Track) browser flag are excluded from analytics collection automatically. Aggregated analytics data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
